Plant Based Burger Mix - with ancient grains

(2x 200gm pack - each pack makes 4x patties)

20 minutes to prepare. Makes 4 burger patties.

Instructions:

1. Place contents of a packet into a bowl. Add 240ml of boiling water. Mix together and leave to stand for 10 minutes.

2. Shape into burger patties and leave to stand for a further 10 minutes, 

3. Fry in a pan with a little oil until golden brown. 

Serve!
